Once the watch is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a URL to track your package. We ship via EMS or other delivery methods according to your area and can receive your watch in the shortest time.

Upon payment confirmation, we will proceed with processing your order within 3-7 business days. Subsequently, we will arrange shipment via EMS or other express carriers based on your location, typically resulting in a 15-25 day delivery period for the USA, featuring door-to-door service. For inquiries concerning shipping durations to other countries, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Return Policy:

Ensuring the satisfaction of each customer’s needs with our products is our pledge. Kindly peruse the following information: Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchased items for any reason, we stand ready to facilitate returns or exchanges, and are prepared to issue a refund upon request.

1.The watch have not been shipped yet

If the watch has not been shipped, you can contact our customer service to intercept your package. If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

For refund requests or order cancellations made within 10 days, the payment processor will charge a 6% refund/order cancellation processing fee.

If you choose a custom watch, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

2.Received the watches but don’t want them

 Within 30 days after you receive the goods, if you are not satisfied with our products, you can contact customer service to apply for a refund (provided you have not used it).

Refund process: Contact customer service to obtain the return address.

After we receive the goods and inspect them, if the watch is brand new and has never been worn, we will arrange a refund immediately and it will take 8-20 days to get the money back to your card.

We do not provide return service for the following products not due to product quality issues:
* Straps   * Bracelets  * Links  * Customized watches

In order to qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition upon receipt. This entails ensuring that the watch has not been worn, the plastic protectors and packaging remain intact without any signs of wear or scratches, links have not been altered, the leather strap is uncut, and no components have been replaced. Additionally, the item must be enclosed within its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain instances, partial refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Visible signs of usage on the watch.
  • The watch box has been opened.
  • The plastic protective cover has been removed.

Returns Procedure (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm the reception of your request. In addition, we will inform you regarding the approval or disapproval of your refund.

If granted, your refund shall be meticulously processed, with the credited amount automatically reflecting on your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Absent Refunds (if applicable)

Should your refund not materialize as anticipated, we urge you to revisit your bank account as an initial step.

Subsequently, liaise with your credit card provider, as the official posting of your refund might entail a certain period.

Shipment and Customs (if applicable)

Following the parcel’s entry into the destination nation, our ability to govern delivery ceases. While we furnish valuable insights to clients, it remains the onus of the purchaser to engage with the local courier service provider or customs officials (where applicable) to ascertain delivery timelines and address any issues.

It is imperative to note that the onus of bearing shipping expenses for item return rests with the customer for servicing or restorative purposes. Regrettably, shipping expenses are non-refundable. In the event of a refund issuance, transport expenses associated with returns shall be subtracted from your reimbursement.

The timeframe for the repaired item to reach you may vary contingent on your residential location.

For items exceeding a $75 valuation in transport, a recommended course of action involves the consideration of traceable shipping services or acquisition of shipping insurance. Our receipt of your returned item cannot be unconditionally assured.

We abdicate responsibility in instances of returned item complications at customs (both origin and destination nations). While we offer steadfast support throughout the entirety of the process to patrons, resolution of predicaments rests with the customer.
